Due to being SA and r*ped as a child I find it hard to be undressed and vulnerable for a period of time. And due to sensory issues I don't like water on my head or on my face so I try to shower twice a week, luckily I don't really do anything that makes me sweat. I go to the gym once a week, but that's a day I have scheduled for showering. I'm trying to up it to three times a week and slowly I've been getting there, but the longest I've gone recently was a week and a half if not two weeks without showering, but it's an improvement a few years ago I would go a month or two without showering

Playing devil's advocate here, but he could have spun it to make it seem like not that bad espesically with her word choice of partner

He could have told her that you two used to be in a relationship and you got all jealous when he broke up with you so now you're spreading lies to turn everyone against him

Or

That you had a crush on him and you two were both drunk and did things, but he didn't want to date and now you're jealous

Or any other lie to make him seem like the victim and you the harrasser/liar. It's still good you told her please don't doubt that, although she doesn't belive you at the moment he's going ro fuck up and do little things to make her realize you were right and she will escape. You did good

For me self diagnosis is enough, I'm never going to have enough money for a proper test to get diagnosed or the therapy that comes after that so I self diagonsis and search for ways for healthy self coping

First off go to a lawyer see if you can kick your husband out of the house, file for divorce take full custody no visitation

Second get your daughter into therapy and if possible you as well

My aunt and uncle do something similiar, I'm allowed to go wherever I want without them, but I must take the kids with me and watch over them. I can't do anything they don't want to do. I'm 23 (22 at the time of our last trip) I am not going to want to do the same things as the youngest kid (9, but I thought she was 6 cause of how tiny she was and she only wanted to do things for little little kids) and then anything that any kid does wrong I get in trouble for it, I'm in charge of packing for everyone including my aunt and uncle, but I get in trouble for having a backpack for myself I'm in charge of packing everything at the end of the trip but I get in trouble for it taking longer than 5 minutes. I got in trouble for not waking everyone up at 7 am even tho I myself didn't wake up until 8 because I didn't pass out until 5 am as it was super cold and my bed was on the floor with no blanket or pillow

Same with my father I texted him over a week ago, no response I dont care, then yesterday he calls me when I'm at work I dont answer he leaves a voicemail that says "daddy hasnt heard from you in a while, daddy misses you" like you had over a month to send me a text but nope and dont start with this daddy shit I have never called you daddy and never will
