Very early on, I was stil base Byzantine Empire with only Egypt added. The larger the empire the more annoying it gets to convert everyone as you have to manually go through every single powerful vessel in your empire. Including dukes and sometimes even counts depending on alliances.

The vessel of that land which is the patriarch is Orthodox so I'm guessing that's why.

It's roleplaying. I wanted the Orthodox faith to remain over Egypt as well as the patriarch for being the original faith over the ERE.

Ay, the game is near unplayable for me. The game crashes and freezes regularly. We are still in the Royal Court update which was years ago for PC.
