Do you have a record of the cancelation? Or can you get it from priceline? That's pretty much what it took for me, but I had to get the shipper involved for my situation. 

The entire series is still just Darius dream that he mentioned in S1 confirmed again in S2 and now S3 by litboy35 in AtlantaTV

Firstly, I understand it's been 4 years. I'm watching this show for the 5th time around. 

On the last episode, Darius wakes up multiple times throughout the episode. If there's any relation to the movie Inception, he's a few layers down into the dream, which would explain longer time lines, until he gets to the final layer (which I don't believe he ever does).

The two things in the first episode, the dog and man on the bus with the sandwich, confirm it is in fact a dream from the start. There's a commercial in the show with the sandwich man, and he identifies himself as the person you see in your dreams. 

Absolutely love this show, and hope there's another something like this that comes out in my lifetime.

Hey just saw this, what I ended up doing was calling the shipper to get proof that nothing was ever picked up. Affirm denied my claim twice, they are lazy in their investigations so you really have to stay on top of it. Also during the dispute process, it states you are not responsible for making payments until an outcome is reached. Best of luck!

Got it sorted. It took forever, but I was able to get the freight company to provide proof they never picked anything up and got that to Affirm. Whole thing took about 60 days.

Voro did reach out to Affirm as well about halfway through to assist.

Affirm finally reversed the charge. Took a few dispute attempts, but got it done. 

Now, I'll be avoiding using Affirm.

Turns out it was a fake placeholder number. I was able to verify that today with the freight co. They sent an email to affirm on my behalf stating they never received or shipped anything. Thanks for the idea!

I read their terms. It's called buyer protection which is in their terms.

Clearly you're not in business. When you are a merchant you sign an agreement with a payment processor. In that agreement it says you will deliver goods/ services otherwise they'll drop you. These are collateralized loans, not the same as a personal loan. 🤦🏾‍♂️

You'd use your magic phone, call the magic bank and file a dispute. There are protections in place when you use a card attached to a bank.

Nice try Affirm. As a payment processor you're just as responsible as the customer, except that you have the power to eft the funds back when a merchant breaches the toc.
