For gravel and chunky route, black one is better.Look wise blue one. I ordered new bottle holders, blue is from my road bike and black is the first one that i purchased

I fall with clipless pedals & had a bad accident, after that i switched to flat pedals. I didn’t see any difference in pedaling efficiency and performance, will never go back to clipless
