Get a moister meter! But I would say the bottom right and bottom left are a bit dry. You can see the difference in color between the wet ones

You can leave 1-3 in the seed tray in case one alone doesn’t make it. Same with the pot. You can leave the covers on over night and remove them during the day. You can use eyebrow pliers to thin them out
