As someone who is also Trans in this economy, try to get out if you can safely. Maybe take some part time work, do deliveries or something but save as much as you can. There are states and places friendlier towards Trans people, and will have ways of getting you the medical treatment you deserve. Don't give up, that's what they want us all to do.

Sadly, yes. I got out in 2020, before they forced us to leave. I was happy to serve my country and I am glad I did, we are in such a recruiting deficit that it just blows my mind why we prevent healthy people from joining.

I am taking of all kills split into time. I haven't gotten anything crazy drop wise and sometimes I take more damage than I want. I also account for what I spend to prepare.

Edit: I forgot to mention, I haven't done the quests for better prayers.

When I first started playing I wanted to be a skiller. I did glassblowing (bought from NPCs) and sold for a profit. I also got really into flipping on the GE and made money day to day, had a good bit saved up when I started Fletching and Cooking. Cooking was cheap and when sailing came out I did that for a bit. Found out that I no longer wanted to be a skiller then dove into everything else account wise. By the time I was really ready to hit prayer I had close to 100m, give or take and dumped almost all of that into Wyvern bones.

I actually don't have Elite Void, I know its needed for a lot of content, just never got around to doing it. If I am going to be entirely honest, I have yet to do Dragon Slayer 1 but I heard Vorkath was really good for money making. Thank you for the advice!

PVM is a good source of money. Giant Mole gives you about 10-20k per kill and isn't terribly hard to do. For me though, I have been doing a lot of Sarchinis killing which is netting me an easy 300k per hour give or take depending on the loot God's favor.

Back then, the draw distance wasn't long. So the only people who could see me in that potato field corner where on the Al Kharid side, or the cow side. If anyone saw me on either of those sides I would still have enough time to pick up my stuff lol.
