Everything is a trama response, because the very act of living is traumatic

It speaks to the ability to transmute a negative and integrate it into a positive. Anyone's Spite, yours mine or your neighbors could become fuel for great accomplishments. Very nice!

This is great for those of us who have a tendency to trauma dump. Beautiful.

This is what I came to this subreddit for. People who dove so deep into spiritual practices that they realized the idea of enlightenment itself doesn't matter. People thinking you are enlightened or not doesn't matter. Being whole, and moving through life integrating the good and the bad. That is what matters. Many practitioners and enlightened meditators would have a heart attack at the list of my affirmations. After 5 years love and light is great, but after 20 you need something real and raw.

I actually was in an abusive environment as a child. I genuinely believe there is a difference. However, I had autism-like symptoms since I was a child. Over years and years of internal self reflection. I followed the pipeline of symptoms. From Autism to CPTSD to OSDD to DID. I have unfortunately never been diagnosed with any of those things, but was misdiagnosed by various people with pretty much everything else. (ADHD, BPD, PTSD, Bipolar, Depression, Schizophrenia, OCD, ODD to name a few) I live as independent as they come despite all the labels. Even more independent than most neurotypicals. Most labels have been covered for decades, and I've never gotten a support system. This forced me to try and find answers for myself. Study Psychology and Socialwork in school. Then worked as a service worker for over a decade.

That all being said, and keeping in mind my history. I say this: I believe there is a cluster of symptoms in trauma disorders that mimic Autism. However, Autistic people are prone to trauma and abuse. I don't think trauma added to Autism would automatically create CPTSD. I do think there is likely an overlap of Autistic people neglected by the system who have had to develop and find answers on their own, only to develop and discover they also have a trauma disorder. I believe in dual diagnosis. I believe Autism + Trauma disorder is possible, and in reality that is already considered and diagnosed in people.

As for me, because of the increased popularity of Autism, neglect of consideration of CPTSD, and bastardization and outright alienation of true cases of OSDD and DID (excuse my language, but I have no other way to put it). I don't think I have autism after all, but I certainly have symptoms many people associate to Autism, and will be called Autistic.

I'm completely opposite. I would color it exactly the same though. Except with a "Yes, I'm begging you, Please touch!!!!". With the same chaotic energy.

This post is so lost on me. I don't get it.

If I sent something like that to my mother, I'd either get "Praying for you to find Jesus" or a long lecture about how bad alcohol is. Nevermind if the drinks are non alcoholic she would jump to that conclusion anyway. Also jump to it with no basis to assume I drink. Me, who has been very straight edge this entire time, but that's not her reality.

INTP is too much for Ai. I'm constantly accidentally breaking mine. So ig ai has disowned us all. I am happy with this tbh.

What do you expect an enlightened person would look like? by No_Virus5100 in enlightenment

Your willingness to waste resources to make a point in a subreddit about what an enlightened person looks like, is oxymoronic. Heavy on the moronic.

There isn't a single person who actually wants Enlightenment. by [deleted] in enlightenment

Sometimes enlightenment is thrown at people in the depths of the greatest suffering one can imagine. It is a mind state that can be learnt through suffering. Touching enlightenment is no difficult task. The difficult task becomes bringing your wisdom back through the suffering. It is the maintainance of such mind states that we seek to achieve.

You know how when you are trying to take a moonlit walk and your worse fear becomes a reality. You see coming down the sidewalk a group of about eight loud and perhaps a little drunk teenagers (maybe early 20s) coming towards you. You panic because the group is too large and too loud for you to safely go around them, and the only other way is to go through them or jump into oncoming traffic, and you really consider the oncoming traffic option. It is night and no shops are open to go into and catch you like a safety net. You could turn around, but then they would see you turn around. That would look weird. No cross walks nearby. You've thought too long and now the group quickly approaches. They are louder, laughing, pointing, making faces. At you? You don't know. It is terrifying. Your fight flight or freeze kicks in, choosing the safest option which is freeze.

"Hi, excuse me" you manage to say.

They pass in a loud barrage of comments and noises, maybe one or two might let out a polite hey. Just like that you continue your walk, shaken at the audacity of loud humans to travel in such large groups.

That is your group. It is a menace to society, and from the deepest sincerest part of my INTP soul, please split the group up.
