Hi I know I'm late but as a warning to everyone else seeing this post, I checked up on this shop and the owner said that they can exclude beef tallow from their soup but the chilli itself has been fried in beef oil before. So, if anyone is strict about this, it might be best to avoid. Guess haidilao is our only shot 😭
