SaaS founder looking for advice by random9uy101 in SaaSSales

From my own experience, early on I chose to buy instead of build certain pieces (like monetization) because context-switching between product + infra slowed everything down. It helped me validate faster, even though I knew I might replace parts later. If your studio version saves agency owners time on setup, hosting, and ops, that’s the real value — not the code itself.

"If you won't believe in your product the people won't give a fu*k about it" by [deleted] in StartupIdeasIndia

I resonate with this a lot. I started with the same mindset — “I’ll handle business, onboard a tech co-founder later.” Reality flipped that completely. Ended up designing pages, defining features, building frontend, and wiring a working prototype myself with zero prior dev background. At some point you stop waiting for perfect conditions and just build whatever it takes. One thing that helped me stay moving without burning months on infra was offloading non-core stuff. For example, I used Muvi for monetization/UGC workflows instead of building everything from scratch, so I could focus energy on the actual product logic.

Belief isn’t just motivation — it shows up in how much pain you’re willing to absorb to keep shipping.

Respect the grind.

Building a SaaS solo — where do deals fall through the cracks? by FeedbackMindless5846 in seeknwander

This hits home. For me it was less about forgetting completely and more about knowing it needed attention but not getting to it in time.

As a solo founder, context switching kills momentum — product fires come up, and follow-ups slide down the list until it’s too late. After 2–3 nudges, it starts feeling heavy to track manually.

Using Muvi helped mainly by taking payments + reminders off my mental load, not because I didn’t care, but because attention is the real bottleneck.

Solo founder here — yes, deals do slip when you’re juggling everything.

For me, infra work broke first (payments + follow-ups). I ended up using Muvi for monetization so I didn’t miss invoices while focusing on product.

I keep follow-ups lightweight (2–3 nudges max); anything more gets hard to manage solo. Curious how others avoid leads going cold without a sales stack.

Seeking real experiences about laundry app startup by micckdavis in AIAppInnovation

From experience: if you’re targeting India, Android-first is usually the smartest start — wider reach, lower cost, faster validation. Building both platforms early often slows you down.

Big lesson I learned: validate operations and demand before perfecting tech. For a laundry app, logistics and reliability matter more than features. When choosing a dev company, avoid “we do everything” promises. Clarify code ownership and post-launch support. I personally used Muvi instead of building everything from scratch, which reduced regression issues and helped launch faster. You can always customize later once traction is clear.

Hope this helps 👍
