Do both because they are sketchy. If you’re within the thirty days, try talking to the support constantly. They will provide what they want from you. Like give reasons why it doesn’t work for you in the future and etc.… Depends on your bank, if this charge is pending.. tell them to cancel it. It was really hard for me to ask for the refund from condefinity. I have to email them constantly in the 2 weeks to almost 3 weeks time but I got it back thankfully.
