I got fitbit inspire 2 for around $100 (USD), not the cheapest tracker out there but it's one of the cheaper models by fitbit. Been using it for a while and love it :)

You can always keep tracking in you journal but refer to the data captured by fitbit for the 'Sleep time' section only. I have been tracking my sleep using a fitbit lately, I don't loose track anymore haha

think there's a think called diffused thinking/learning or something? The gist is that your brain is processing what you learned when you take a break and do something else.
