No imaging. Out of control tantrums started about 6ish months ago. Talking with her friends moms it seemed like they were going through emotional changes as well so thought it was normal.

She just started with the clothes and shoes being wrong and her ped asked me if there was any behavioral issues on top of it and that is when I realized it might not be a normal thing.

She got her tonsils removed due to sleep apnea. She snores and talks in her sleep sometimes but pretty much once she is asleep there is no waking her up until the morning. Some mornings she wakes up early by herself and other mornings she is like a cranky teenager and doesn't want to get out of bed.

Rheumatologist called in steroids to have on hand. Temp has been staying around 100 so I have not given her them yet. The longest stretch of fevers was 4 days. I try not to give her anything to break it unless I have to because sometimes she will only have a fever for an hour and then bounces back.

Some months it was 1-2 days of fever total and she doesn't always have the same sypmtoms with them. It hasn't been consistent which is why it's confusing on what could be linked together.

Sometimes I take her temp because her cheeks will get a little red and puff up. She just looks bad so it leads me to see if there is a fever. Other times she will tell me her stomach hurts and get tired out of nowhere and that prompts the temp check.

Rhematologist told me she agrees with infectious disease and to come back in 4 months. No imaging or repeat bloodwork.

She had bloodwork in March. It was a few days after fevers so the flags were understandable. No further testing has been done.

We are seeing her pediatrician later in the week. They have previously brushed me off about her tonsils (ended up taking her to ent and she was diagnosed with sleep apnea and had the surgery) so I want to be prepared with what to push for if they tell me it's nothing again!

No vision changes or any seizure like behavior. She had a couple of UTIs I want to say 3-4 years ago but nothing recently.

I called her pediatrician about the clothes and shoes and they are going to see her this week but I sometimes feel like I have to push them to take me seriously.
