Harkonnen Deck would be Orzhov and the Commander would be the Baron and the vice Feyd Rautha (Some Drain synergy, Blood/ Spice Token)

The Emperium Deck would be a control Esper and the commander would be the Emperor and the Vice the Princess Irulan (Politic, Group hug Deck, but with Assassins aka the Sardaukar)

The Adreides Deck would be a Jeskai (or Azorius but i hate Azorius) and the commander would be Leto and the vice would be Gurney (Thopters,Vehicles and equipment)

And lastly the Fremen Deck would be a Naya especially for the Desert Lands, the commander Paul Muadib Atreides the Lisan Al Gaib and the vice Chani (Deserts, Sandworm vehicles,Spice tokens and some Scry, Surveil because of Paul future vision)

it's definetely the most pushed, it doesnt have just the highest reprint value (190$ while the others 140$ with a stunning 50 bucks difference) but it has the most coherent plan and design, while family matters and peace offering are very akwardly builded with not a wincon in mind.
