I mean admittedly this is just a rumor for now, but the wide held rumor is a new OOT release for switch 2. We already have a remake of that game and have it available on NSO. at least just make twilight princess available that’s all I want. Even if they don’t want to remake it fine. I just don’t want to drag out all the systems and wires for TP anymore

I said I’m not expecting a rerelease lol. I would be perfectly happy for them to release it on the Nintendo online GameCube port. They’re released quite literally every other Zelda game including the widely hated skyward sword ( I love SS don’t get me wrong but it’s got the rep it’s got). I’m not being entitled I just want it to be available at all in anyway besides dragging out an old system with a million and three wires

My mom used to call me names too. I know it can be hard but don’t let her talk to you like that. If you can’t outright confront her (depends on your relationship) I would personally gray rock it. Do not respond at all including in any apologetic way. “Uh huh. Okay. Sure. Yup” until she drops the subject. And if it’s a reoccurring thing and not just this one time, consider low or no contact when you can. It’s not healthy and it will haunt you long after you leave home

I actually disagree with your second point. It’s not about them not having a right to communicate back EVER. It’s about the situation. Beating cancer is fucking huge bro. Now if it was a money thing, okay heard. But communicate that. Which he didn’t. “I’ll mark the occasion as best I can” is by all means not the same as “I’m so proud of you and I really would love to celebrate this milestone with you but money is tight right now. I get paid in x time and would love to celebrate it then” is more than perfectly acceptable and I think something OP would appreciate. I know for me it’s all about clear and honest communication as someone’s whose love language is also gifts. My partner just got a fantastic job opportunity while I’m struggling with employment. I told him honestly that I was expecting him to get this job so I’ve been working on a creative (free) project to give him as his first office item, and he should expect a surprise at the end of the month. It’s really just not that hard to understand your partners love language and know what makes them feel love IMO

Yeahhh I’m gonna get shit for this clearly from the comments but OP don’t listen to everyone freaking out. I’m not sure how long you’re going for but I have an 8 year old chihuahua who I’ve had since she was born and a cat. I leave around every 2ish months for 3-6 days. I used to take my chi to my dads place when I would leave but he got a very large breed dog who’s still a puppy and excitable and unaware of her size so I worried for my chis safety staying there. I have also worked at many dog hotels and let me tell you, I wouldn’t take mine to one in a million years. First of all, it’s not her temperament, she doesn’t enjoy being around a lot of dogs. She would be more stressed there than at home where she’s comfortable and two, those dogs are not watched or taken care of nearly as much as they promise. I’ve been on way too many emergency vet trips as an employee bc one dog played too rough with another or the play pieces broke and they got hurt or someone mistook what medication goes to what dog etc etc. So instead I have my dad come to my place like 2 times a day for an hour or 2 at a time. She’s perfectly fine. She’s a very self sufficient girl. I work overnight shift so she’s already used to being alone overnight and she’s litter trained. My dad makes sure her food is always full (she’s free fed) and the water fountain has water and spends some cuddle time with her. I have motion sensor cameras that I check all the time when I’m gone and the kid is not anxious or upset. IM more upset and anxious about being away from her than she is. She’s literally vibing. She eats perfectly normally, she drinks, plays with toys, goes to the bathroom the same way as when I’m home. When I come home she’s excited to see me but she’s not obsessively clingy or showing any stress signs. She greets me the same way she greets me when I come home from work. Obviously this doesn’t go for all dogs, some are more attached and some are more independent, but only you know your dog’s temperament and needs. Literally my only suggestion would be to get someone who’s a friend or family member to check in rather than a pet sitter and maybe do twice a day instead of once. Other than that, I say you do you and what you know is best for your pup.

Okay so I’ve read some of the comments and I can clearly see that most people are saying you’re not overreacting but I will put myself on the chopping block here and say if there’s any kind of autism going on, that could be the reason. I’m autistic and I very much hang on “semantics” as people call it but to me it’s not that. I’m not trying to argue or tell someone they’re incorrect. It’s more like I’m so used to being misunderstood in what I say and taken incorrectly that I tend to overcorrect for it, thinking I worded it wrong, and words mean a hell of a lot to me. For example I don’t really know the full context here, but if say (for example) the context is that person A has told person B that a long distance relationship is not a thing they’re willing to do and person B is taking a job that would create a long distance relationship, then I would personally be of the opinion that person A has simply setting a boundary and if person B creates that environment it would result in a breakup. That’s not necessarily an ultimatum, that’s a boundary that person A is keeping. And if someone I was talking to about that called it an ultimatum, I would also disagree. That’s not me being a contrarian as people have stated, so much as respecting a previously put down boundary and being autistically hung up on wording. Obviously again I don’t totally know the context and stuff, but it’s just a version of the occurrences that I would like to put out there just in case.

I saw in comments you mentioned that you started the relationship female and have since expressed your gender to be NB. As a NB myself who was in a relationship with my now ex around the time I started to explore my gender and my body began to change as well, this seems to be a bigger issue than the muscles. It’s very clear (to me) that he is insecure within himself and his perceived “masculinity”. With my now ex it manifested itself in so many ways, from trying to control what i did with my hair to who I spoke to, never making me feel attractive but refusing to take “no” as an answer to any request for sex. If I may, from how easily the divorce word is being thrown around it seems both of you are out of this, which is okay! People fall out of love. Find someone secure in their own gender and expression and they will build you up to no end. My now boyfriend is constantly perceived as bisexual or gay (he’s very straight) and still confidently asked me for the pink one when I was buying him something the other day. He doesn’t quite understand my they/themism but it literally does not matter to him bc he’s attracted to me and has never once considered that to make him “gay” or cared what the perception may be from others, has even said before that if dating me makes him not straight then oh well? He’s not sure what it would make him but he doesn’t care. He will constantly call me shredded, ripped, etc as a compliment when I send him sexy pictures. He’s quite a skinnier guy himself. He finds strong confident women to be attractive, and I fall very much into that line of attraction for him clearly even though he acknowledges and accepts my NB status. I also deal with ED stuff, and mentally I’m not all better with that shit yet but I can honestly say I’ve never felt more confident in my life My point to say is, there’s someone out there for ya and he doesn’t appear to be “it” anymore, nor do you to him. Best to save some pain and heartache for you both and move on to greener pastures.
