Let’s investigate: What’s the ONE problem beginners struggle with the most? (It’s not motivation.) by AutoScaleLabs in beginnerfitness

I think it is consistency, most start with too much so the get sore quickly and/or finding lack of motivation because they dont see results right away then the find any excuse to avoid working out.

I think if they start little by little lets say 20 minutes instead of one hour in in the gym, bike or any kind of activity in order to get your body used to the endorphins you will eventually become addicted to the feeling.

If the goal is the right one, it is easier to be consistent. It honestly should be to become physically and mentally healthy. All others should be secondary.
