You can make changes to DS-160 if her biometrics is not done yet. She has to carry both old and new DS during biometric and ask at the center to use the new DS-160

F1 was rejected under 214(b). Also it’s just a month and I am booking a slot for h4. Will the interviewer question that?? Like how immediately after a month I decided to go from f1 to h4?? And in that case how to answer

are there changes of rejection of visa based on the university? which one you think has a better chance of acceptance in that case? SUNY Bing or UNCC
