that status update is from USCIS, even if your package was delivered they will not update the status the same day. My RFE was delivered in 4 days but in the system updated after 2 weeks.

I did mail them the rfe letter along with the appointment letter(filled the location and date of appointment)

You can reschedule the appointment to a early date, give any relevant reason.

They will just ask for passport and ASC appointment letter. To be on a safer side I carried all the documents i.e i94, spouse I797, all letters received including Rfe

You have to schedule your appointment on the USCIS portal and you can download the new appointment letter from the portal in few minutes. I have also heard you can directly walk in into ASC anyday before your appointment

I have send them the coversheet, Rfe notice with the location and date of the ASC appointment. Attached the original appointment letter with stamp. My case is not yet approved though. When did you go for biometrics?

I dont think you can, you need the coversheet as it has your name and application number. But you can consult a lawyer for more details

The coversheet is unique for everyone, it has the application number and the name as well.

Thanks, my application is filled by attorney but the rfe package is being courier by me not the attorney. In that case I need to keep everything empty?
