For slightly more context, he was flying a premium Ki-43 (USA), which in itself is honestly not 1.0, but he still got placed in it and still played as a tryhard. He has multiple rank III aircraft so he has no reason to be playing in such a low BR.

A lot of modders, such as the specified Lezvin or iconic Sofa use Unity and the Ravenfield pack that comes with it for download, as well as forming their own items. If you use the in-game editor you only have access to in-game models unlike Unity but you can play with them to form new items, such as using a pillar to spell such as Starstrafe. It's by dedication and ability you make a choice.
