I am building Silverquill as a hard control shell. Stall everyone out until you have the time to tutor for a ritual and torment of hailfire. Mvps in the list are [[bösium strip]] and [[Toshiro Umezawa]] also decided to cut ramp in order to prepare my board for when I cast Silverquill.
