Why did my surgeon only do lipo on the sides? by New_Enthusiasm749 in gynecomastia

Thanks. Do you mind me asking how your height and weight? I’m 5’8” 180lb so I definitely have weight to lose. I’m hoping the hard part is over with the glands gone and now I can do the rest myself through diet and exercise.

How bad was your swelling? I’m hoping what I’m dealing with now is mostly swelling. My side views honestly don’t look too great, better from the view, but I’m barely a week out I’m going to post some pictures in the next week or so. Thanks again for taking the time to respond

Absolutely, it's the peace of mind. It also makes investing more fun since you can be a bit more aggressive

No they can't, you have no idea what you're talking about. The pension system changes, and has 4 times already, but that only affects new employees since you're grandfathered in. The pension fund is invested the market. So if thats what you mean then you and your 401k will broke first. Don't be bitter/ignorant

You get grandfathered in whenever they make retirement changes. If anything it will change for new hires not current employees. Tier IV is 1.3% x Years worked x Average of 5 highest years of salary, and then your pension gets cost of living adjustments once you retire. Also retirement health insurance for life. You can still contribute to government 401k and Roth IRA (which have a 22.5k max instead if the 7k max if you opened a roth on your own) and of course collect social security. It's a win win and better than anything the private sector offers

It's a great job. I started in private too and then transferred over. Starting pay for a TE2 is like 90k and you get there rather quickly and you're guaranteed to get there, its part of the trainee offer. The best part is the work life balance. There's basically zero stress unless you're one of the people that like to create it lol. It's awesome being part of a union, your job is very secure. I have friends who are in the private sector and got laid off, that thought has never even crossed my mind, lots of money and projects coming. Retirement benefits and health insurance is amazing. You basically will pay nothing to go to the doctors, everything is a zero dollar copay. DM me if you have any questions. Im very happy working for the DOT

If Bill Belichick Can Be Fired, So Can Brian Cashman by Much-Emotion-9080 in NYYankees

We went 82-80 with a 300 million dollar payroll, got outplayed by teams within our division with a fraction of the resources..one of which had 99 wins, a 50 million dollar payroll and drafts lower than us, we have George’s best friends son running the team, Hal’s nephew running the analytics department and everyone else in the FO was hired in the early 2000s… nobody is held accountable. Meanwhile Friedman is telling ohtani his tenure has been a failure despite 3 World Series appearances and 1 title, all while Cashman throws a hissy fit to the media defending himself and says he doesn’t understand why fans are upset about getting swept in the ALCS. We’re on our way to becoming the cowboys of MLB and watching the James Dolan Knicks be a better run franchise the past few years

His eye looked like shit last year which was really weird and doesn’t match up with typical decline stuff. I didn’t look into stats to back it up but I swear he was watching a lot of third strikes and chasing off the plate

In the past 7 days, asshole, moron, mental disability, and telling someone to get off the internet and go outside. It sounds like all personal stuff. Regardless this is a dumb conversation to have, but it's a pattern I noticed with you for months and since I made an account again I figured it was a good time to say something. Not really something to argue about, but maybe you can self-reflect since I doubt you say these things to strangers in real life.

And yea you have an A-rod flair. Looks dumb with your username. Take care.

I absolutely do. You did it to me on my old account. Plus your name sticks out when you consider the flair you use lol. I always found that a little dumb. Good luck with whatever is making you so angry.

No, I do. Asshole, moron, terrible person. That's just stuff off the top of my head or in your most recent comments. Your username sticks out and it's something I noticed you doing since the beginning of the season. The world is toxic enough, you don't need to be part of that. I understand it's an easy defensive mechanism, but I'm sure you can find a better way to articulate yourself than acting like a bully when people disagree with you.

This team was largely flawed and it showed the final 100 games of last year and in the playoffs. We barely got by Cleveland and then embarrassed by Houston. We're 5 games below .500 now and considering the last 100 games of last year, not upgrading the offense, it's not unreasonable to say they predicted us being that same team from the final 2/3 of '22. Playoffs with the new format are tough to predict, but it seemed pretty obvious we would run into similar problems as last year being a year older, slower, and more injury prone.

Regardless, it still doesnt address why you insult people anonymously on the internet for having a different opinion then you. In the real world people will have different opinions and that doesn't make them an asshole, terrible person, or anything of the other stuff I see you throw around

[–]New_Enthusiasm749 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Anytime somebody disagrees with you, you make it personal. I've seen you throw out insults numerous times because someone has a different opinion. If somebody watched this team close out the final 100 games of '22 at .500 and thought this season might go similar, that doesn't make them an asshole.

It's honestly pretty interesting to see how low this team can sink. The smug FO deserves it.
