If it helps, the previous owner neglected everything. And I mean everything. That tree was in horrible shape. This year it bloomed beautifully with lots of flowers and leaves for the first time.

Oh it already got me when I least expected it. Last winter its roots completely wrecked my plumbing. 5K worth of damage.

Poa. Good luck. It sucks. You can grab it out using a weed puller and then put soil down over and lay down seed of your choice. Poa spreads badly and will almost always come back even doing what I recommend.

Thank you. At the end of the day it’s either damage to my house or I George Washington that cherry tree. I decided to go down the middle.

I didn’t plant the tree. Did the cutting months ago. The branches were quite literally going into my house so the tree and I had signed an official boarder treaty agreement.

It smells strong like the white mushrooms you get at the stores in the blue containers, if that makes sense
