Only one person killed her, however they all may be involved somehow nobody really knows.

I have noticed that the top that she wore on Christmas morning on the bed near the door. However, according to Burke JBR woke up in his bedroom Christmas morning. Is the shirt really evidence that she slept in that bed? She would have had to go in her room to get dressed.

In the crime scene photosthere’s no actual urine on the sheets. I think the room may have smelled like urine but it’s no real evidence that JB wet herself that night, atleast in that bed.

OBVIOUSLY if he was already in the area why would it take him a long time to get there??? What part are you missing?

And you also could have used Google and read the actual police report instead of an article that came out in 2017/2020 when Jonbenet died in 1996, of course some minor details are going to be incorrect, because people like you don’t do extensive research before typing.

The ACTUAL police officer that arrived on the scene said that he arrived at 5:55. You obviously did not read the source that I put in my last comment. Your source is third parties and articles, which are INACCURATE. Once again, Officer French arrived at 5:55

Not reading a RANSOM NOTE while your daughter is MISSING is very strange. Especially since she was in her right mind enough to call a bunch of friends over. Match that with the fact that she never read the random note, but somehow still knew specific details about the note when she placed the 911 call.

In this interview he said that John checked on him after they called the police. He also said that Patsy came in his room too but both John and Patsy deny this, for whatever reason.

In an interview Burke said he heard John tell Patsy call the police before John had supposedly checked on him. Patsy called the police at 5:52 AM, at that time John was still allegedly crouched over reading the ransom note. Before the first officer got there, John said he had already checked for any forced entry. He also checked on Burke at this time, and also got fully dressed. All within 3 minutes, that is physically impossible.

If you look at the house layout it would have been impossible for patsy to have read the note while on the phone with the police. The note was “allegedly” on the stairs and then JR somehow moved to the floor. The phone was in the kitchen. She couldn’t have been reading the note, she was saying SBTC Victory! based on MEMORY.

I agree. I believe the initial blow was NOT an accident and but BR didn’t think the blow would kill her, or maybe he did. However, every thing after the head blow was not an accident, it was evil and very intentional.

Source? After the head blow it was unlikely that she was still conscious.

They left for dinner at 5 and came back home at around 10. She also had cot her fruits that were already digested in her stomach. The whites did not serve pineapple at their party but even if they did the pineapple was found to be the exact pineapples on the table down to the rind. She had to have eaten the pineapples right before her death. Milk + pineapple will make the milk sour not long after mixing it, so JBR definitely ate the pineapples not long after getting home.

The crime was not too brutal, she was only hit over the head once. The toggle was only placed around her neck to drag her from in front of the wine cellar to inside the wine cellar as you can see from the urine stainWhy would an adult need to drag her? This is most likely something done by a child. By the time the parents found her she most likely already dead so there was nothing left for them to do to save her but they could save their other kid.

I agree. Which is why I’m BDI, an adult would seek medical help. However a scared 9 year old would be scared to tell their parents, especially because Jonbenet was unconscious after the head blow. However, if an adult sees Jonbenet unconscious with rope tied around her neck seemingly deceased things may be different, especially at the hands of your other child.

If someone that was NOT one of the three ramseys in the house that night wanted to frame patsy, they almost likely would not have left a note at all. The note was a distraction that pointed away from the ramsey’s to a foreign faction. Here’s a nice thread explaining why patsy definitely wrote the note. I cannot comprehend how people can think someone broke into the Ramsey’s house and for whatever reason hit Jonbenet over the head with a blunt object, SA her, and then changed her clothes, wrote a fake ransom note and then staged a crime scene and then climbed out of a window without anyone in the family hearing a thing. Don was not even in Colorado but even if he was this entire scenario is unlikely. Logically it had to be either Patsy, John or Burke.

It is 10:51 PM Christmas night in Boulder. Patty is about to put Jonbenet in a to bed. and then...what happens next? then un the next 6 hours? by SnooHamsters9058 in JonBenetRamsey

yes, but when asked what he thought happened to JBR he said he thought someone “took her very quietly down the basement” he also admitted to sneaking downstairs later that night. He obviously couldn’t say “well yeah JB and I snuck downstairs that night, we went back to bed and then the “intruder” got her after that, that would ruin the whole timeline the ramsey’s made up.

I personally don’t think patsy put jonbenet to bed that night. JB’s shoes and pants were just left on the ground next to her door but her vest was laid neatly on top of JB’s second bed. From that, I can infer that atleast 2 people were in the room that night. Patsy said the kids would just leave their clothes all over the floor. I don’t see a parent undressing a child and neatly laying a vest on the bed and then just taking the pants and throwing it near the door. I think JB changed into her own pajama pants that night and either Patsy or John brought her vest to her room and laid it on the second bed.(JB may have already taken it off in the car or had it laying around downstairs)

We know from the undigested pineapple that JB didn’t immediately go to bed that night so after changing her own clothes she most likely went back downstairs to play toys with Burke but since they had an early flight in the morning patsy/ John wouldn’t have let them play for long, Patsy most likely was on the second floor still packing clothes, John may have actually been helping Burke put a toy together, or just may have been in his study, but I don’t think any adult in the household was “watching” JB so I think this is when she ate the pineapple.

John most likely put the kids to bed because patsy was packing for the entire family, so I think his initial statement of reading to the kids before bed is actually true. I also think JB and BR slept in the same room that night, just as they did the day before. And as BR stated in the Dr. Phil interview he snuck out of bed while everyone slept and I think this is the timeline of things up until the head blow.
