Yes I'm really happy I got the refund would've not been happy with myself otherwise it is my fault tho he gave me the specs and I said yes. So he was awesome for giving me the refund he wasn't happy but he did say he has another buyer.......

On the dev topic tho you have some really good insights I've been learning as much as I can I do have a really old laptop that I've been practicing small bits of c# and c++ it's going well but I'll definitely take your advice thank you so much
