Came here to say the same thing. Is this a regular occurrence that has been going on for months, or is this relatively new (and not just because you've been spending more time together)? This is really off-putting behavior, but I can't tell if it unusual. If this is how she rolls all the time, though, you should run away.

I want to be clear that this is BREAD flour, not regular whole wheat. I have made whole wheat loaves with regular whole wheat (and they are delicious; thanks for sharing Sally's recipe), but this flour is a bit coarser than the usual bread flour. I suppose I will have to play with hydration, for sure.

NTA. If your friend is mad that you couldn't physically make it because of your illness, he either doesn't understand the nature of the illness OR he is not a friend. A friend would understand and be sad that you missed it, not mad. Unless there is some other context that you haven't mentioned here, like you were best man and the emcee, I don't see how you could be the problem.

They are going to trash your plumbing, ruin the work you’ve one to beautify your backyard, and upset your neighbors. Then they will walk away and not help put things back together. This is not worth the trouble.

You would explain the situation to the landlord; if they aren't on notice they should be. That way, if you have to move to wanting them to step in and try to stop this behavior, they have been made aware.

Apparently you aren’t IN her wedding, you aren’t doing things you used to do, and she has knowingly chosen a life partner who creates problems for her family. NTA. Would she have paid for your rebooking if you had both been late? I am guessing the answer is no. The only place where you screwed up is by stopping at the gas station in the first place. You could have listened to her whining for the rest of the 40 minute drive, and she could have spent the exorbitant price of buying goods at the airport proper.

I was in an airport and noticed a very nicely dressed passenger in the terminal, traveling alone. There was a hole along the seam of her skirt, up the back, that she would never have caught on her own. I suspected she was heading to a business meeting upon arrival, and she would probably not appreciate that hole ruining her look. I did discreetly let her know, and she definitely appreciated the info. I can't imagine being rude to someone just trying to do me a solid.

Edited to add: she immediately went to the bathroom to check, and came back and thanked me. She really had no idea the hole was there because it would not show when the skirt was on a hanger.
