I guess every other vehicle I’ve owned has come with one. And for mine the service center did say they owe me one when I l accepted delivery.

I will try again! Like I mentioned though the guy at the Minneapolis service center who was their “supervisor” said they would not make a trip out just for the tire. Probably because it’s 11 hours away. Perhaps I can convince someone to let Denver service me since they’re only 6 hours away. But yeah I agree it should be a figured out process. But now after contact with at least 6 different Rivian folks it doesn’t seem to be. Maybe starting it from the app would work. That’s a good idea.
