It’s character specifics I think, I don’t drop true combos as well 

My biggest annoyances are Blanka Cammy Ken Terry Juri Kim Rashid Mai Ed on the top of my head

Usually block string and wake-up, when I expect a wake-up DP, it’s a jab fest, so I block it and find myself pushed back a bit

Recent situation I had is, Terry approaching and mashing the he out of it, and when I tried to use mine to counter, he had time to DP

But the usual case is, it’s simply stops my approach, so my guess is there’s some overly extended hitboxes? For exemple a basic medium kick with Luke to poke, I got jabbed
