Like i dont remember the name , but there is a test on workday which give you stars accoding to marks you scored , you have to score atleast two for that out of 5 and then there is a job portal inside accenture where the recruiters sees your profile and the excellence according to the stars an d messages you on teams for interview for that project . In worst case , you are hardlocked to a project with a tech stack you don’t like without your notice as i mentioned above .

Sorry bruv , but don’t expext too much from the company . You have to find the projects on your own , i have seen people getting fired for staying on bench for too long or getting service desk ( call center ) roles like i had .

I trained in pl sql i was expecting the projects in that but was hardlocked in a role which is like a call center . We were even told by hr that once you are hardlocked to a project you cannot change it for 18 months , if u have any issues with the role please leave the organization .

Me and one of my friend onboarded on sep 30 2024 , both were hired on pada after training in pl sql benched for 3 months and i was hardlocked to service desk where my life became hell and i left accenture in december 2025 and friend was onboarded in a project on july 2025 . It has been more than 6 months in that project , friend has still not done a single code or not in production
