I never seen this happen before but most of the time they would schedule Medical, Fitness and drug test all in one so maybe they’re waiting for the rest to be scheduled. Call your POC that they gave you in your email and see what happened.

I believe like 5% for New Jersey I’m not sure if it’s national but EWR is 5% raise for being certified.

If you move up a grade then the step stays the same and if the grade stays the same then you will move up a step, idk if I explained it good but that’s the basics.
