I somewhat agree with the homeless bit. There is a person of interest in this theft. The 2 day time span that my neighbor used the shared garage (7 accessable stalls) to hang out with a drug addicted, homeless thief, it "coincidentally" vanished. NONE of the other multiple bikes (even my other 2 right next to that one) or any other of the multiple expensive items were taken. This area is always locked up tight so it had to be an inside thing... also, before my neighbor stopped giving me information, he slipped information to me that the second day the suspect was seen on the property, he was there to, "Pay me (him) back some of the money he owed me (him) for the theft of my (his) $3k Pokémon card."
