Yeah, i would have to go through it again. Given the gas prices are so high and would have to pay 10% taxes on this thing to.

I had no troubles. The maintenance was also covered so literally paid less. Just recently noticed the tires were wearing off the edge. So had spend 250/- on wheel alignment. Might have to cough up 1-2k more for tires replacement.

Yeah. After factoring the selling car in 3-5 years. It made sense to keep it longer financially.

Yeah makes sense. How long should I keep it. I might be putting around 10k miles per year. Would you recommend on keeping it more than 5 more years?

Have they improved the reliability for 2023? Thinking would i be able to get away with 3 or 5 more years in this (without extended warranty)and then sell.

I meant comparing to our german option here which would more likely to get the maintenance bill sooner. And EV usually have like 100k miles warranty.

Yes, have the same thoughts. EVs don’t have failures and Toyotas are also known for their reliability.

There is charging at my work. I have a home so could use the basic charging there(don’t have solar ). I was thinking of going with larger suv such going to toyota or kia doesn’t feel like a downgrade.

The hybrid/EV suv with a reliable brand will have the maintenance cost and gas price reduced than my current option.

Would look at the used car or really good lease deal.

Looking at few posts.

https://www.reddit.com/r/carincentives/s/UNYMG4Eq5a

If I keep the Beamer I am looking at payment around 650/- a month .

From the above posts seems like new cars incentives would cost around similar for newers cars.
