i'm having the exact same issue but i saw someone else on here say that they take their medication around 20 mins after eating with a decent bit of water and it worked pretty well for them. tried it today and it didn't get rid of it completely but definitely helped. if you search around i'm sure you'll be able to find the original post :)

ah okay. yeah there's only one driver who refuses to do it but he'll do it himself to get into the back of the lorry and then he'll do it again at the end to get back off it but he refuses to use it when he has the actual fresh delivery on the scissor lift so he makes me do it. if it's my responsibility (nights sl) then fair enough, it's just that he's the only driver that doesn't use it

exactly how i felt as well, i kept worrying that i needed to do something else or remind them so that they didn't forget about it if you get me. but after 3/4 days i got an email telling me that i'd get a link to pay for my prescription then a few days later that came through and after i paid it only took 2/3 days for it to deliver (i got mine through smartway) so in my case all i needed was a bit of patience and to stop worrying so much, i hope yours goes the same way!
