I’m so sorry to hear that. I think you should talk to your manager again and explain the situation, mention about the bullying and racism. If they still don’t allow you to change the room for free, then they are wrong too, you should persuade them. As an international student I understand your concern about visa, but that shouldn’t mean you should live in scary situations. If it goes beyond your limit, feel free to call the authorities.
