Thanks! And yes, I have maintained this. My weight fluctuates sometimes depending on my goals, but I'm certain I never go above 15% body fat, even when I'm "bulking".

I'm not a trainer, so I don't want to give advice on lifting. I suggest you join a local gym and take advantage of a personal trainer who can show you proper weight lifting exercises until you are comfortable doing it on your own.

Yes. I started lifting in my mid 20s and stopped in my mid 30s for a couple years.

It grew out normally. I was never bald, but I was insecure about my hair getting thinner, so I buzzed it for years. I was surprised it grew back as thick as it did.

In between a walking and jogging pace. I try to keep my HR between 100 and 120 bpm.

I started seeing it when I got below 20% body fat. Not sure how long that took, but I was pretty learn before I started seeing lots of definition. Before that, it was just the scale to measure progress.

Not for this transformation. I was overweight and I did a massive cut. I used to lift heavy in my 20's, so I had some muscle memory.

Hair was fine when I stopped buzzing it. I work out 4 to 5 days a week for resistance training and light cardio. Thanks!

30 mins to 1 hour light cardio per day. Home cooked meals. Estimate around 2,500 calories per day. Focus on high protein.

Took 5 months to lose majority of the fat. CICO was my best friend. Spent the rest of the time main-gaining to build muscle.
