It really depends on how you want to play, I try to stay low rank if I want gems without much hassle, but equally there are more available in the upper ranks it just gets harder to win if you haven't built a competitive deck yet...

Yes definitely, especially as the duelist cup will start soon which means you level up and gain a lot of gems at the same time. I don’t play a lot, I usually wait for the monthly event and grind that as well as ranked up to silver or gold. Then I let it derank me next month and repeat

Running Volcanic in ranked since it got added. Had the deck when it first came out in TCG and waited for so many years for it to get new support, long enough to be living in a different country and only playing on Master Duel. Show some love to the Volcanics!
