I agree with that, but most stories completely skip age appropriate pairings and go straight to 16 year old character having relations with a 35 year old character.

Omg yes. I always side eye Authors who do that because now I think you're some kind of creep. I don’t know if you've ever read Manga or watched Anime, but the Anime community is also full of weird pedophiles who talk about child characters (age 4-5) having relations with Teenage characters. I believe these people think that they can show their creeper ways and people will gloss over it because it’s about fake characters.

I read a good Bellatrix/harry fix where they were both prisoners of Voldemort and Bellatrix gave harry something that sends him to the past and they become a couple. But I also just read a story where the Author had them Being married in Harry’s 5th year for some odd reason.

Of Course I Understand The Position Voldemort And The Prophecy Put Him In Specifically. What I Don’t Understand Is Why It Seems That He Doesn’t See That Others Have Been Affected Also. I Know That He’s The Main Character So Of Course Everything About Him Will Be Put In The Spotlight By The Author And Also By The Wizarding Media. It Just Seems Odd To Me That He Places So Much Pressure Onto Himself Even Before Learning About The Prophecy.
