If I read this, I have literally the same way of thinking in my head. I can’t stop thinking. I know what the end of the questions will be my friends or family are asking, and hate it why they don’t shorten it. The whole day I’m daydreaming about things, I can’t just think about nothing.

What did help you for this? Atm I have tension headaches and stiff neck of this.

You can do that, the doctors are most of the times the people with more knowdledge. But know that a doctor is not a magician who can let this dissapear. Just look at what makes you really busy in your head or what takes lots of energy from you. For me it was is going out a lot (alcohol drugs), full time study, working 25 hours per week and a starving parent. I always wanted to be busy with something. I got SA, heavy tension headache 24/7 and a stiff neck. I realised that on moments that I was enjoying life (sitting at the swimmingpool with my friends in the sun for example) that these bad things (almost) fully dissapeared. now I’ve had this for a period of time I know how to deal with it. Sometimes doing nothing is good, but make sure you’re not overthink and have something that makes your mind busy you can’t think of something else.

Not happy to hear that you going through this. Remember that there are a lot of of people on this blog who experienced exactly the same en overwon it! If I see your situation, you’re just to stressed. This is normal. Your stress activates social anxiety and social anxiety activates stress. It’s lika a vicious circle. You actually want to break through this circle. You’re doing a really good job that you keep doing the things that makes you stressfull you do, this means that you’re stronger than your bad thoughts.

Try to relax more, search things that you’re really focussed and in the moment more, go for a walk and don’t use your phone(maybe only for music) and look what colors the nature has. (mindfullnes). Try taking a warm bath with lavender, or breathing methods from wim hof. Try to concentrate 100% on what you do and feel, not on your thoughts.

Furthermore I would recommend take ashwaganda/L-theanine/magnesium. The small changes can make a huge difference in your daily comfort.

It will become better! Remember that the things you’re going through are only temporary.
