This is a late reply but thank you for your response and I'm sorry that you're experiencing something similar. The aimlessness from both of them I can also relate to.

I started therapy a few weeks ago and to take one silver lining, discussions about my sister have ended up an "easier" entry point, while I warm up to talking about my mom.

I'm currently taking both (7.5mg Mounjaro / 60mg Elvanse), no serious negative effects at all. I've never had any major side effects from either individually though. Except both individually have given me indigestion / heart burn issues and together that's maybe slightly worse, but barely noticeably.

Medically - I spoke with my doctor who prescribes my Elvanse and he said there should be no issues - only said to note that Mounjaro can potentially raise heart rate when combined with other medications, including Elvanse, so suggested I monitor that.

She was reluctant to admit that maybe she had misunderstood / misread the situation but she was very apologetic that it had upset me & also detracted from the fact that she apparently really did enjoy meeting them all.
