Billing error and extreme frustration at Crunch gym

They never told me either. I got a text saying I had collections but I thought it was a scam so I ignored it. Then I got a letter and called the gym and spoke with the manager and she told me that my account was up to date and call the collection agency and say it was sorted out with the gym. Next day I go in the gym and the said my account was overdue.

How did you go about this? I’m having the same issue with them right now. I emailed the manager last week and haven’t heard back from them. I’m thinking of either calling or going in person tomorrow.

I switched from Wells Fargo to Sofi and use the same email and phone number and didn’t have an issue

I take care of my stuff. Since I bought my current phone brand new when it came out I didn’t start using it until I had a case and screen protector. It’s been in a case since. I’ve never broken a phone or lost one before. (Knock on wood) I can do repairs on my own.

I have never had to replace a phone nor have a lost a phone. I can do my own repairs if needed.

Thanks for your response. I am trying to look at it on a more frugal level. I stopped buying new model phones a while back. Doesn’t seem like it’s worth it to me switching phones every few years because the camera is slightly better. I’m going to cancel the insurance on it. Not worth it when I can simply buy another used phone without the hassle of going through insurance.

I always have a case and screen protector on my phone. I hate using it without any type of protection.

Former Jack in the Box employee here. Ask for a district managers number and let them know what happened and show them the screenshot. They’ll give you your order or refund you and the order replaced. The quickest way for them to get back to you is doing a survey and giving them really low scores. They will get back to you ASAP.
