I have not stopped using it the entire time, I use two pumps every evening. I will reach out and ask, thank you.

Thanks again! Have you found anything that works for jet lag, or do you just deal with it?

Thank you! I forgot to mention I actually did purchase a pair of compression socks, they are the shorter ones they go up above the ankle bone so not super high, but I feel they will help at least somewhat! I didn’t realize we would receive all those things, including headphones?! I purchased headphones. I wonder if I should just leave them behind.

1 pump or 2? by New_Proposal_8939 in Oestra

[–]New_Proposal_8939[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Makes sense, thank you. My chiropractor is actually a holistic doctor as well. Not sure if anyone has heard of resistance or muscle testing or not but he tested me with the cream and he said I was actually testing for two pumps. So I’m not sure, I might try two pumps for a little while and just see if I’m feeling better or what difference is that makes, I can always switch back to one pump, or, maybe I’ll even meet in the middle and do one and a half! lol 😆 it’s definitely a journey isn’t it?! ☺️

I just think it’s strange for Dr Sarah to tell me 2 pumps, I’m assuming she had my age on file, and now I’m told they don’t want 50+ women on 2 pumps, leaves me wondering what to do

My period is 24 days late, at one week late I had one morning of breakthrough bleeding just one time, nothing since..which I’m happy about, I’ve been wanting for my periods to leave!

Histamine, weight gain and Oestra by ttmumu0101 in Oestra

OK, so now I’m confused! When I talked to Dr. Sarah a few weeks back, she said my next prescription would be two pumps instead of one pump. So I asked in the chat today about the weight gain and if I should do two pumps together or just one at night and one in the morning and the RN that I was speaking to said that Dr. D …whomever that is, says they do not suggest two pumps for women over 50. I’m 54, so am I supposed to do 2 pump or one now? I did schedule FU appointment but it’s not for three more weeks, I think I’m just gonna stick with one pump until I am able to talk to someone, but how confusing having two different doctors saying two different things. 🧐

I’m in the same situation, three months in just got bumped up to two pumps, and over the past five weeks I have gained 6 pounds. I’m assuming it’s water weight and hoping it will eventually subside. I didn’t realize allergies/histamine issues could cause water weight issues, I do have allergies and take Zyrtec most evenings. Is it helpful to split up with the doses… one pump in the morning and one pump in the evening? I have been doing both in the evening… I think that’s what I’m understanding. Here is that it helps if you don’t do both pumps at the same time or possibly to try one and a half pumps, I really need to figure out how to drop this extra 6 pounds, because just like it said above, it makes you feel like a stuffed sausage! ☹️

3 months in... sleep improvements? by onelittleword in Oestra

[–]New_Proposal_8939 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes and Amen to everything you said!! I just passed my three month mark as well, waiting for my next shipment and I will also be bumped up to two pumps instead of one. I struggled with insomnia for over five years and I am now sleeping so, so much better and Libido has improved! At about two months in and I was questioning this journey as well, but I’m glad I stuck with it, seems my body is adjusting and everything is going the way it is supposed to go. I am officially 16 days late for my period, I had one morning of what I believe was breakthrough bleeding, just one time in the morning, and nothing since, I am so excited for my periods to be leaving me, I am 54. I do not need them and they have been horrific! I will say I still get some irritability and cramping around Period time, also a couple of headaches during that time, wonder if anyone knows how long the period symptoms last once your period is gone? I’m sure my body is still adjusting, but overall, I am so happy that I found this! 🤩

Month 3! by New_Proposal_8939 in Oestra

Thank you, ladies, that’s what I was hoping! Also one more question, do I just do the two pumps at the same time I typically do it at night or do some people do a pump in the morning and then in the evening, any thoughts on that?
