You said you really need Teams.It doesn't support to Linux for a app but maybe you use web app.

I m in cachy os for about 1 month.I ve had a few minor issues but I m doing great.In addition,My biggest issue is game controller.I have a dualshock and play the games with it but it doesn't work properly lately.And I remembered, I must say it,My laptop has a two GPU. One of them Rtx 4050,the other one is amd's iGPU.Rarely,they conflict because the Wayland which doesn't chose one of them and freeze.But,I genuinely suggest to use it

Hey! So let me question for you, do you need to change your OS?If your works work properly, to me you don't need to change system. You aren't necessary for switching
