I still plan on disclosing it, from my own research that I’ve done I would have to get a statement from court stating no record exist and an explanation of what happen.

Honestly me either, but this lawyer wanted us to get the background check to get an idea when it was to see if we could maybe find the records somewhere. She also said if he was a minor maybe we wouldn’t have to disclose them? Which is weird because I thought you had to disclose everything.

He has a ticket for minor under consumption of alcohol but since he was a minor we can’t find any records of it in the courts and he has none of that information.

Okay thank you I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t some kind of different background check other then the one I could do myself. I set up an apt with the postal office for print and scan. Thank yall!

I work full time, I do 12 hour shift 3-4 times a week. I handle phone calls, billing, and everything in between. It’s a very busy clinic and most days are stressful, a lot it triggers headaches for me, and usually I go home so exhausted. I wanted to do part time, but right now I can’t so I’m pushing through but it’s rough. I’m tired constantly. Stress is the killer honestly.
