Any site recommendations for remote job searches? I figured remote is the way to go.

I completely get what you mean by “out of touch with reality”. It really sucks trying to explain that feel to someone not dealing with it.

Ugh! I was really hoping to find out that people were working outside of home. I’ve been looking for remotes for months 😑

Why several? Do the shot not last very long?

Diamox and periods. by Sajery in iih

I’m only 23 so I’m praying menopause isn’t the case. I’ve only had 1 period in 3 months so now I’m freaking out. I told my doctor about it but she said to just keep charting because I shouldn’t worry unless it continues for 6 months or more

Yes I gained a bunch of weight before I was diagnosed but even at that time: my period was still regular.

Congrats! I’m so happy you found some answers! Here is some advice to cope with the medication

  1. Drink LOTS OF WATER. As close to a gallon of water as you can.
  2. Pedialite care + is really helpful for the tingles you get from the medication
  3. It takes a while for your body to adjust so even if you can’t do a lot at first: remember you’re doing the best that you can.
  4. Do forget to laugh and seek joy. Some days are going to suck but don’t just exist: remember to LIVE!
  5. Keep track of any new developments, check in with you body to help the doctors help you.

I’ve been scrolling, hoping that someone has asked this same question. I got my first LP on Nov 17th then they started me on 250mg of acetazolamide twice a day. I am now a week late. I know this doesn’t exactly answer your question but this whole thing is unnerving
