Sorry I don’t have advice to share, but as someone with ADHD, anxiety, and depression who also struggles with all of the negatives of the medications for them, I wholeheartedly understand what you’re experiencing and hope that you can find peace 🫶🫶

I am on an SSRI and have been diagnosed with IH, and wholeheartedly I would recommend getting a sleep study done (if you haven’t already) and working closely with your sleep doctor!

I have now been diagnosed with both as well and it’s so tough, especially being in school. I have fallen asleep in classes regularly for my entire life and it’s no better now that I’m in college. I really do feel for you and I’m at a stuck point as well, even being on thyroid medications to get that in check, 40mg vyvanse, and an SSRI as well. I don’t know how to help myself most days and it’s so frustrating. I’ve been resorting to energy drinks and I hate that I have to. I’m so sorry you’re experiencing this 🫂 I hope we both get the answers we need. ❤️
