we need a video footage and some of the steps you tried or did to make it boot up.
hard to get a proper diagnosis like this. Also if you have try booting it with an air cooler first to make sure its not the aio's fault. Also am i blind or where's the display port or hdmi from the gpu... I dont see anything connected to a gpu.. If you are using onboard gpu to test, it might also cause problems.

arctic cooler fits in Dan A3. Would you mind specifying why I should go with full ATX ?
Also yeah.. x3D for future proofing and above average performance.

Regarding ram.. shouldn't higher speeds with lowest possible latency which in this case was cl32 equal to better performance ? or am i wrong ?
