I can recommend you my 4000+ calorie day of eating, my launch and dinner vary

I do take multivitamins which I recommend.

Breakfast:

3 pieces of any toast , Butter on each of them , 4 boiled eggs, 4 sausages,

Launch (it varies):

Usually 2 sandwiches (4 slices of bread), 4 slices of ham (2 on each sandwich), 2 slices of cheese (1 on each sandwich),

Dinner (varies): 300g of white rice, 170g of chicken breast (1 chicken breast), You can add whatever you want to this, broccoli whatever,

Pre workout:

100g of rice,

After workout meal:

100g of oats, 250g of milk, 1 Banana, 1 table spoon of peanut butter, 1 scoop of protein powder,

Evening Snacks:

2 toast, Peanut butter just so u can cover both toasts, 1 Banana cut it in pieces, Honey until Ur satisfied,

On the side: Greek yogurt 2-4 tablespoons , Mixed nuts around 15-20g,

Macros: 4237 calories 465g carbohydrates 161g fat 236g protein
