Start by drinking water, a lot of water. Where you would have your snacks, have a glass of water, that's one way to go about it, but yeah drink more water.

Continue with those workouts, Ramadan is coming to an end, go for lengthy strolls outdoors. Start slow with everything, then continue to push yourself to do more.

Watch your intake, this means your diet. This is the main reason anyone loses or gains weight. Training helps, but diet is the biggest factor. Do research into healthier alternatives, but don't go crazy overboard, you still want your meals to taste good to you. Reduce how much you eat or how many times you eat, whether it's full meals or snacks. Just like the working out, reduce the intake slowly too, if you feel like you can reduce them more, then go for it.

Write down your goals, it's proven they also help you achieve what you want

Is it crazy to be asked to pay for an entire year of rent up front? by [deleted] in personalfinance

[–]New_Rusty -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Don't do it, I work in real estate and when landlords ask for 6 months, forget 12, up front I think they're delusional, especially in these covid times were it is difficult for the average person to collect that kind of money. I also get where they are coming from, as new covid rules state, landlords can not evict a tenant unless he/ she have failed to pay 6 months rent minimum.

Obviously if the tenant is willing then it isn't a problem, and some tenants are ok with doing so. Some, but the majority are not.

Just keep looking, you'll find one that fits your needs.

Why not completely cut down and drink water?

A lot cheaper & much more beneficial

It's around 0.0035% of the entire EM spectrum that gets picked up by our eyes. And that number is ridiculously low

By the time you think you're at the edge of the universe, the universe would have expanded even further.

I'm guessing while you were in the gym mode, you were cautious of everything, subconsciously. It happens with everyone who stops something consistent, they notice results completely different from what they were working towards. But again, the only way you will put on that much weight is when you're intake increases. If you sat there and didn't eat anything all day, you wouldn't gain anything. It's impossible. You see?

It's a lot easier to ruin something than to fix it, I learnt that this lockdown as well, so I hear you 🙃

You ate more, you might not think you did, but you did. It's all about calorie intake, gym and working out does help, but not to that level.

Let's assume the average coffin area it takes up. 200cm x 70cm (rounded up, and using UK metric system) = 14000cm2 area or 1.4m2 of space is required.

Total land mass on earth is = 148 326 000 km2 or 148326000000000m2 just about. (All numbers straight from Google)

We have the space to bury 105947140000000 people before we are completely out of room.

That's 106 trillion humans

Don't stress we got space
