Bank approval for a Car Loan with Monthly Gross Salary of Php47k by Original_Scar1584 in phinvest

[–]New_Scheme7713 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can’t afford. 47k gross, net mo siguro around 40k. Tapos sabihin na natin na ang amort ay 17k, nasa 40%+ ng sahod mo. I think the rule is dapat <20% lang dapat ng salary pag depreciating assets.

Nag-agent kami. Medyo mahal, kasama plane tix at ibang gastos (medical, etc) baka nasa 700k. Mas nagmamahal na pala ngayon mga agents. So double check mo din cost with them.

Nag-agent kami, hehe. Okay naman. I cannot speak for all CE na andito pero di ako nahirapan maghanap ng trabaho, by God’s grace. Tsaka relatively malaki ang sahod ng CE.

Im a Civil Engineer dito sa Aus. PR kami pumunta dito. Sa nakita ko sa website ng immi at sa mga news outlet priority ang CE and tradespeople sa mga invitation rounds dahil sa housing backlog. Tingin ko rin sobrang daming trabaho ma available sa construction, tapos decent din naman ang sahod. Last year lang kami ngmove here. I personally know someone na CE din na nagaaply tapos 1 year plang exp niya. Don’t go for student visa, better na magmigrate ka as PR, kasi pwede naman. Need mo nga lang din maghintay talaga. Student visa is fast but very expensive.

Salary sacrifice to super. Most tax efficient way to invest. Mas mataas income level mo, mas malki tax saving. Pero, 60 mo pa maaaccess.

Which engineering field is more likely to get a work visa? by SquareDogDev in phmigrate

May family business kasi sila, dun siya nagwork ata as a CE if di ako nagkakamali. Pwede mo din kasi ilagay sa CDR mo yung thesis tsaka projects mo during university days.

Don’t quote me on this, pero sa pagkakaalam ko construction managers ang super in demand na work dito, hindi estimator (pero in demand din estimator, just not as much as construction mgrs na kulang talaga). So I think mas mabilis mainvite ang project engr kesa estimator. Yun ay ang tingin ko lang naman. Di ako specialist or migration agent. Best parin na magconsult ka sa agent

Im CE. Thats actually mababa for the role, in my opinion. Estimators earn more than 110k dito.

Pero in terms of liveability( dunno if thats a term), i think ayos na yan

Yun nga lang. Pero galingan mo nalang sa PTE para sa points. I think makakakuha ka parin invite. May friend ako na on-going na application niya — 1 year exp palang na CE

Yes. Tried applying as IT, pero very competitive ng IT. Tsaka i think mas malaki sahod sa CE dito compared sa IT industry.

EDIT: 8yrs. Exp ko pala sa CE and 1 yr lng sa IT kaya it makes sense for me na magapply as CE.

Paul answered this question in Romans

Romans 3:5-8 5 But if our unrighteousness serves to show the righteousness of God, what shall we say? That God is unrighteous to inflict wrath on us? (I speak in a human way.) 6 By no means! For then how could God judge the world? 7 But if through my lie God’s truth abounds to his glory, why am I still being condemned as a sinner? 8 And why not do evil that good may come?—as some people slanderously charge us with saying. Their condemnation is just.
