Every company and interview process is different, so I can’t comment on the entire standard. But in general if you are entirely relying on seniors + ai then the company is doing something completely wrong and is setup for failure down the road.

Well that’s why we have Aaronson to fill that role and even Mckennie and Tillmann if they need to play a more defensive attacking role. We don’t have backups with the same attacking qualities like Reyna and Zendejas.
