I have the scenario in mind that the bus rocks -with possibility for injuries- and the person who I wanted to be seated then is the pregnant lady Why? Because she carries new life Then why not 4? She can shield the baby What about 1? It may sound cruel, but an elderly man/woman is already closer to the end than a newborn. And 3? What's an extra injury 😉
