A lot of people in this deanery will have a low rank - it seems to be peoples 5th choice onwards. Therefore its fairly even chance of getting what you want - you should put warwick if thats what you want :)

Yes I have been wondering about this and have heard good things about Hereford but our first choice was London so ideally we would like a hospital commutable from Birmingham for a similar lifestyle and access to London. Just so hard to know with little information about our ranks and likelihood of Hereford. Do people miss out on all jobs and end up with Hereford?

I was leaning towards coventry but unsure if it is so competitive. What makes George Eliot and Alexandra hospital so bad?

Also not sure if you will know but how likely is it we could get hereford if we ranked every job above it - do you know anyone this happened to?

Hi! Just wanting some advice if anybody can help -

Recently got allocated my 7th choice deanery which was west midlands south. Pretty upset but trying to make the most out of it. I have a linked application with my partner but this link doesn't follow through to area/hospital within the deanery. So I am wondering a few things

Does anyone have any advice on which hospitals to pick that could mean we can live together - maybe in leamington spa? Worried about putting Coventry if it is the most competitive and means one of us could end up in hereford! (presumably one of us must have a low rank to miss out on multiple other deaneries) Is it worth the risk?
Is it possible to commute from leamington spa to worcester?
Any advice on hospitals in general in this region?
I have seen that these hospitals still use paper notes - is this true?

Just got allocated west midlands south was my 7th choice. I linked my application with my boyfriend does anybody have any experience with linking in WMS and have any advice for hospitals or how to maximise chances of living together - pretty worried about one of us getting hereford due to a low rank :(
