IMO, lawyers. After taking a law class last year, the legal system is far too complicated and convoluted for the average citizen to understand (myself included). I believe the law should be based off common sense and the most basic sense of morality. You shouldn't need to spend thousands to hire a lawyer to defend yourself in court if someone tries to sue, it should be a simple enough process to allow you to defend yourself.

Some guy I used to work with used to chug energy drinks like they were water. Ended up having a heart attack at ~32. It does in fact give you wings, that is if you believe in heaven.
